De segundo medimos media de callos (algo picante pero en el punto perfecto) y cabrito guisado que suele ser por encargo pero tuvimos la suerte que cuando fuimos nosotros tenían. “ PERFECT FOR LUNCH BEFORE OR AFTER HIKING TO THE LAGO DEL VALLE. Casa Cobrana serves traditional Asturian food. We had scrambled eggs with mushrooms and ham, followed by "cachopo" (two beef fillets separated by layers of Serrano ham and Cabrales cheese, breaded and fried). Both dishes were great. The portions are generous, and the prices low. It's a popular place, so make a reservation (we dropped by on a Tuesday at 15:30 and had to wait for about an hour to get seated). ”
